Payment + Refund Policy for Digital Products
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.happyheartlab.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Happy Heart Lab reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Digital Products (**) Happyheartlab.com honors refund request for non-tangible (digital) products under the following exceptional circumstances
“Non-delivery of the electronic product – download issues due to Happyheartlab.com server problems, issues originated from client's e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was submitted. For such requests, Happyheartlab.com issues refunds within 7 days from the date of the purchase.
Digital Product “not as described" – such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is “not as it is described" on Happyheartlab.com website. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
Major or Critical Defects – Happyheartlab.com.com tests every single digital product before release. However, unforeseen defects can surface from time to time. Claims for such errors must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Happyheartlab.com.com reserves the right to correct such errors within 3 business days. If no remedy is supplied then the customer is entitled to receive a full refund on the purchase the following day.
Refund Requests for Membership
All refund requests for the membership must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please email us at heather@assetmom.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your membership must be unused and you must not have accessed any member-only content or benefits.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the membership has been used, or if you have accessed any member-only content or benefits.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have purchased a digital product and membership from Happy Heart Lab, you cannot cancel the purchase. However, you can request a refund as per the refund policy mentioned above.
